Vancouver FC Tickets

The event was fun and it was nice that there was a place to get coffee because it was quite cold. There should have been more options though because the wait took ages and they wouldn't make a simple coffee/hot chocolate mix. Not having covered bleachers with a clear middle for walking/proper stairs was pretty yucky in the non-stop rain. I really would have preferred covered stands much closer to the field as well as I felt really separated from the action. There were so many people standing along the boards that the bottom 4 rows of bleachers couldn't see a thing and above that wasn't much better because the view was significantly reduced. The Apple Bowl will need significant upgrades to be able to draw this kind of crowd again.

Arrived early to get seats. Thought everyone had to be seated but they allowed people to stand around the perimeter of the fence blocking the view from the bleachers. The large covered seating area was for premium seating tickets but found out lots of regular ticket holders weren't stopped from sitting there. Left early because we couldn't find a place to watch.

We (party of 4) arrived an hour before the start of the game so we could get decent seats. Found some seat just to the right of mid field (this is looking at the Grandstand) we sat more that 1/2 way up in the stands but then people were allowed to stand along the side lines!!!!! blocking everyone's view so we could only see a little over 1/2 of the field. I asked the security guard before we sat down if the people would be allowed to stand along the side lines once the game started and he said NO! The people that ended up standing most of them arrived later or after us! If you are going to allow standing then you should have roped off areas for standing only BUT NOT IN FRONT OF STANDS.!! People ended up leaving the first 2-3 rows of the stands because from there I'M sure they couldn't see anything.

The Vancouver FC Soccer Team attended Kelowna for a great game against Calgary. Ticketmaster offered General admission at two different prices. I purchased three tickets at the higher price to celebrate Father's day. To my surprise, no one was checking your tickets at the door and we ended up standing the entire game as there wasn't seats available to actually view the game. Premium seats were available but somehow I was under the impression it was what I had purchased. Great game but I felt ripped off considering how much I paid for the tickets.

The Kelowna crowd of 6,821 were brilliant. Lots of families and people of all ages. Possibly more fans than they planned for? The parking lot was full and the line-up outside the entrance gate was long minutes before kickoff, so they let people in without checking tickets. The game was competitive with a skill level slightly better than I expected. I hope this leads to more CPL in Kelowna.

What a heavy action physical game between two very competitive teams! I can’t believe how entertaining it was for an end result of 0-0! Hope there is another one!

Enjoyed the game the venue is not good Would not attend another soccer game there

The family experience was great. I was selected for the half time show bubble soccer but sadly there were too many of us for the amount of bubbles. However, the Vancouver FC marketing team treated the few of us that didn’t get to play very well. Came out of it with a scarf for my daughter. Thank you VFC! Great game too. Well played by both sides. So great that you came to the Okanagan for this event! Something to remember. If Kelowna gets a team we will be season ticket holders.
