Cyndi Lauper is a pop singer and activist from Queens, New York. Upon the release of her 1983 debut album, She’s So Unusual, Lauper became a pop sensation, thanks to the success of Top 5 singles including “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun,” “Time After Time,” “She Bop” and “All Through the Night.” Lauper also won Best New Artist at the 1985 Grammys. Her second and third albums, True Colors (1986) and A Night to Remember (1989), added more hit singles like “True Colors” and “I Drove All Night” to her oeuvre and by the end the decade, Lauper had become synonymous with the ’80s new wave movement and synthpop sound. In addition to her twelve solo albums, Lauper also wrote the music and lyrics for the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Kinky Boots, for which she became the first solo woman to ever win the Tony for Best Original Score. In the fall of 2024, the singer embarked on her Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour in conjunction with her documentary film LET THE CANARY SING.

A memorable and enjoyable experience. Cyndi is a true Icon.
Such a great experience for the new fans and old! She has such an incredible voice and such a warmth about her stage presence!
Cyndi was amazing and I will miss going to see her concerts. She did a phenomenonal performance and I hope when I'm 71 yrs young, I'll be able to move around with her same energy. Love you, Cyndi!
Cyndi Lauper didn't dissapoint! She was fantastic. One of the best concerts I've seen! First saw her back in the mid 80's and she was just as good this time around. Her voice never ceases to amaze me. So glad I was able to be there for this concert.
Was so happy to see her again after over 20 years. The show was fantastic. Great view from any seat in the house but I do love my 100’s sections 🥰
She was great. Running back and forth on stage like a teenager. Love her ❤️.
Fantastic show. So personable! No way she should be retiring when she puts on a show like this! Her voice is still amazing and she still performs at a high level. Would definitely see her again!
I had concerns that it would be a rough concert. Started out with the first 2 songs in an intentional lower key... took her awhile to get the voice warmed up, but once it did, it was an efficient and well structured concert. ScotiaArena requires you get the first row of the floor or the first row of the 300s to be guaranteed to actually see the performer. So many lunatics stand in their seats the whole time that you don't actually get to see the performance unless you are taller than the person in front of you.
Everything was perfect, thank you Cyndi Lauper and everyone behind the scenes to make nights like these happen.
Cindy is just Cindy, like always joyful and full of energy, as always colorful and funny. I loved haw she shared her personal stories associated with every song she sang. She is my Tina Turner! I loved the show, I would go see her again anytime even tomorrow.
Would I see this show again. Hell ya ! I have seen Cyndi Lauper 5 times now. Seen her up close once at seat at the stage in Toronto and again up close in Detroit. Was back stage once I. Detroit but it was to see Rosie O’Donnell that opened and played during one of her songs. All I can say is she is definitely a girl who has always had fun. If you can go. Go see her. You won’t regret !
Show was mazing and great opening performance. Definitely a look back into the 80s vibe. Such a great night in the books.
Cyndi Lauper was amazing! The show was fantastic. I loved how she interacted with the audience. She is a wonderful artist, beautiful singer, such a great voice.
Cyndi was amazing 🤩 love her! Atmosphere was awesome 😎.
We really enjoyed the entire experience at the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun farewell tour. Cyndi Lauper still has a powerhouse of a voice. She was a true entertainer and worth every penny!!!
Cyndi Lauper gave an amazing show! Her arena was full, loud and with joyous cheers for her. It is obvious that Cyndi Lauper is very well loved and quite a legend! She is totally unforgettable! It was one of the best evenings I’ve had at a concert with a friend going down memory lane! She will be missed not doing another concert.
Her voice is still the same. What a concert! Was so glad to be able to see her and enjoy her art. The venue is great. Seating on the floor area is comfortable and not hard chairs like some other places. Would gladly see her again and am sad she’s retiring. Enjoy your last tour Cyndi…we love you!
After all theses years she still has her spunk and she puts on a great show . To see her perform after all theses years was amazing . My daughter (19) was like “ mom she was amazing I wish I seen her back in the day. Thank you Cyndi for a memorable farewell show .. love to you ❤️
Good seats very good show she did all the songs I like. The band seems they had a good time. This was the third time seeing her. Been a life long fan. Like her when she was in the wwe. Missed her colourful hair. The outfits where great.
I grew in the 1980's MTV era. I am thankful that she is one of the few artists from that era who is still around. So much of the MTV family has gone, and she is still here. I hope she will enjoy her retirement from touring. She really earned her place in pop music history.
