About

For producer, writer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist Jackson Stell, the Big Wild project was born out of an ethos of curiosity. Inspired by the vast and wild nature of Big Sur after a revelatory trip to the coast, beauty and spirit has been the heartbeat of the project ever since. Stell's music career started in the electronic space where he gained global traction topping global viral charts along with his music appearing in major brand campaigns for the likes of Apple, The Olympics, American Eagle, etc. after his first releases and his debut album Superdream. As an artist, his main endeavor is one of evolution as his music  crosses over genres; he is not confined by preconceived notions of modern sound. He delves deeper into his emotional capacity and encourages those around him to open their eyes and do the same.

  • Big Wild killed it. Crowd sucked.

by Big Wild Fan on 2022-09-27The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Every part of Big Wilds performance delivered. Energy. Lights. Sound. Quality. It was all fantastic. The only caviate to this was the disruptive crowd. During every song it was a struggle to hear over the yelling and loud banter. People come to a concert to see a performance by the artist, not to hear you catch up with your friends in the crowd. Have respect for your fellow concert-goer and shut up while the artist is performing (especially the dialogue between songs which I couldn’t hear over the talking). Again - Big Wild was amazing’ and couldn’t give more praise to the entire bands performance - just wish I could hear more of the talking between songs and quieter tracks. Do better crowd

This guy is a god damn magician of music. A sound engineer, one talented performer and an absolute treat to watch live . 15/10 would recommend even to an enemy

Very good energy and fun to dance along to, however I dont think theres enough material to tour on. A few songs were just played via sound system with limited live playing overtop, and one track was just Steppenwolf's Born To Be Wild.
